The Foundation’s annual public event for 2014 took the form of an Open Forum on the topic, ‘Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Human Rights and the Future’. The panel was chaired by Lord Hope of Craighead, who recently retired as Deputy President of the UK Supreme Court and its members were Sir David Edward and Sir Konrad Schiemann, the last two British judges at the European Court of Justice, and Dame Mary Arden, a Lady Justice of Appeal.
