The President of the Court of Justice of the European Communities, His Excellency Gil Carlos Rodriquez Iglesias gave the first lecture. The lecture was introduced by the Lord Chancellor and took place in University College London. The dinner and reception was generously sponsored by Linklaters Alliance, Norton Rose and Freshfields.
