This year the Foundation decided to award its Fellowships to two young lawyers from Ukraine. With the assistance of the Ukrainian Bar Association, who received over 100 applications for the fellowships, the Foundation chose Anna Vlasyuk and Ievgen Levitskyi. They spent 4 months in London and Birmingham spending time at the Royal Courts of Justice with Slynn Trustees Sir Geoffrey Vos and Sir James Dingemans, with Slynn Trustee Marie Demetriou QC (who once again very kindly organised the whole programme) at Brick Court Chambers and at Hogan Lovells International LLP, Wragg Lawrence Graham & Co LLP and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. The Foundation is very grateful to all those who gave so generously of their time to ensure the success of this valuable programme.
